Norway's Fjords
6.19.16-6.20.16 - Taking a ferry through the Sognefjord was astounding, cruising along at the base of sheer granite cliffs. Some of the little villages along the fjord can only be reached by boat. After staying the night on the fjord in Flåm, we were able to take a bus from Aurland (pictured) to a viewpoint on top of one of the cliffs, perched 2000 feet above the fjord below. Being down in these canyons really reminded me of Yosemite, just with fewer people and more water.
