The clouds open for a moment on an otherwise grey, rainy evening on the coast of Maine. When I saw it was going to be pallid, I considered snagging a few record shots and leaving, but decided to stick it out for a few hours - needless to say, I’m glad I did. Soaking wet and slipping around on these rocks in the foreground, I was also glad to have escaped without having taken an unintentional dip in the Atlantic Ocean. June 2021.
