The new Blue Ridge Tunnel in Afton, connecting Waynesboro and Crozet, complete with icicles catching that warm light from the western side. Can’t say I had been inside before, but I had visited the entrances both as a kid and as a younger adult. Clearly, it’s undergone a lot of work to now be open with a walking path. Very neat little historical attraction. January 2021.
