On this trip looking for bears, this wheat grass was extremely long and particularly beautiful, especially in the soft golden hour light. I returned over and over again, hoping I’d find a willing subject to pop up out of the sea of wheat. Finally, I was pleased to see this guy take a peek as the last warm rays engulfed everything in a brilliant golden hue. April 2020.
